I want to know: how are all parties getting paid?!?! Lawyer, your realtor, seller’s realtor.

Very useful information

@MrMassive876 · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Great info! Do you have a video specifically for the VA loan or process?

@jackanderson4260 · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Everyone of these videos explaining the home buying process makes me want to buy a house less and less, continually does not seem like a good idea

@durkadurkamurkadurk · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

This way really helpful, thank you

@bugwar5545 · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

So what happened to the earnest money? Or did I miss that part?

@dangherasim-n4v · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

The scam that's keeping America rich 😆🍺👻

@bendixon3854 · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Hello, naive 24 yo here….. if you put ‘enough’ for a down payment, say 20%, could you negotiate with the sellers to have them cover the closing costs?

@nishalashon · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

You helped me get my first home in 2023! So knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve learned so much about real estate! Currently working on buying my second home! Do you have any tips/ videos on becoming a landlord?

@ricardoguz_713 · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

When the house market is bad enough they might cover the closing cost for you

@iTraveI.A · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Are these lender, appraisal and title company fees are like a fix fees or is it something like a percentage of a house selling price??

@Thekaychronicles · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

I was communicating with a loan officer last week on a pre approval. I received the pre approval but the amount is really low for the home I want so I’ve decided to wait a little more longer. This loan officer is trying to bill me for his 6 hours of service he put into helping me.

Closing on 7/24 and this video came at just the right time

@ValleyWestMortgage · October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm

Prepaids are what trip most buyers up here. The escrow setup for taxes and insurance isn't really a fee, but it still lands in your cash to close, so the total feels bigger than the "closing costs" line. A seller credit can cover a good chunk of the actual costs too when the deal is structured for it.
