2:16 $2,000 is 1% of $200,000, so wouldnt that be just 1 point? Making the new interest rate 4.25% – 0.25% = 4%?

the math is wrong on the points part of this at 2:04. If the mortgage is 200,000 and you pay $2000 you are only paying one point which would reduce your rate .25% to 4%. They have the $2000 as being worth 2 points when it's actually one.
