Hello
I want to sale storage rooms, trailers 1bed and 1bath, which tax form do I use for contracts sales?
With a sales team door to door?
Rent a library room $50 for sales and show the trailers to people?
$25,000-$150,000 2 year warranty anything happens to the trailers home repairs for $20 monthly payments?

It is called being "prequalified".

@TheVALoanNerd · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

Solid rundown, Wayne. Half the buyers I talk to have no clue how much the rules shifted this year. Appreciate you breaking it down straight.

🔥 Impressive perspective from Wayne Turner regarding buying houses! Structuring a predictable, repeatable system around buying houses is precisely how top-tier organizations maintain their competitive edge.

When you say they can cover the closing costs, don’t they just raise the loan amount?

@deletethemedia3445 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

The prices aren't coming down in my area…. not even close

@CamronHenthorn608 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

Thanks for the updates on USA real estate. Really helpful insights.

Understanding the rules, costs, and changes can make a huge difference for buyers.

I've seen different comments in forums that their pmi was removed after several years and sometimes before the standard period. Also navy federal does not do "pmi" sort of. If you put down less than three it's called something else.

Let’s say I’m 22 with minimal skills, barely making enough to pay my rent and otherwise. What career should I pursue to ensure I can buy a home?

@TaxDeedWolf · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

This is the kind of update buyers need before making a big decision

@ThePilot3332 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

79k invested into stocks 32 years ago would be 2 million dollars today. A home is for living, it’s a shoddy investment vehicle.

@nikitachirich7985 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

real estate is dead in 2026 and so is the business of real estate. were all renters now.

@FORTRESSLEGAL1 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

Prices increased on day 1.

@JustStopPlayingGames · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

Gulf of America?? 😂😂 So stupid.

@ncbfightlife2762 · October 7, 2026 at 4:04 pm

No, you do not need Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for an FHA loan, but you are required to pay FHA-specific Mortgage Insurance Premiums (MIP). FHA loans require both an upfront premium (usually 1.75% of the loan) and annual premiums paid monthly, regardless of your down payment size. ???
