Great insights! Real estate remains one of the smartest long-term wealth-building vehicles when you know where and what to buy. šŸ”šŸ“ˆ

So at the end of the day you have to have money to pay back the money. If you even rent it out and have a few vacant months that money has to come out your pocket. So you have to have money saved up if you plan on refinancing to buy another house for the time your first property is not making any money right?

@RubbaBanz · October 8, 2026 at 2:20 pm

Doesn’t fixing a house cost money? I’d hate to see the pathetic improvements someone does to a house who purely just wants to boost profit.

Real estate can definitely be a powerful wealth-building tool, but it takes the right strategy, timing, and financial planning.

How to dig your own financial grave.

@dk8518 · October 8, 2026 at 2:20 pm

Don’t forget points, fees to close, legal, credit checks etc. This was good strategy between 2011-2018. Relying on this strategy now you will go broke

@ChristianSmith-kv4hf · October 8, 2026 at 2:20 pm

Not simple, because you need a job. I don’t mind working, when I’m getting paid. 5-25 isn’t getting paid. Even at 19 a you’re you are still below 3,000 a month, because of the deductions out of your paycheck.

I don’t care if you are happy with just under 3,000 a month. You will tell me to go look for a job, when is the time? The economy is horrible. Most people don’t have resources you May have. Also you might say this is common sense, you just now let me know how spoiled you are, it’s not common sense if it’s not taught to you and learned growing up with parents to teach and help.

These are not stupid bullshit excuses.

These are real world issues. People are born in separate worlds. The people born on third base acting like they are so knowledgeable to know everything and they got it all their themselves forgetting their parents were getting their grandparents were getting all the support that you had around you…. And happily, judging other people that didn’t grow up the same way.

@theleveragecutclips · October 8, 2026 at 2:20 pm

The BRRRR method fundamentally relies on forcing appreciation through operational execution, completely bypassing the need to wait for organic market cycles. It's the ultimate bridge between active hustle and passive leverage.

ā€œYeahā€ of Graham after ā€œthis is the strategyā€ says everything

@hyemuhyemu8221 · October 8, 2026 at 2:20 pm

Yeah… it would be that easy if you had good credit or even a home to sell. You think most of us have a 10% of a 300k to pay as a down payment?
