Great video. I have a question, I’m selling my parents house that I inherited back in 2007. If the sale commission is averaged 7 percent wouldn’t I pay just 3.5 percent instead of 7 percent since you mentioned that the buyer pays half? Thanks for any help, this is all totally new and daunting to me.
@lovutube1231 · October 13, 2026 at 5:06 am
7% total cost lol. The new ruling is about 3%
@lovutube1231 · October 13, 2026 at 5:06 am
title fee, the legal fee you called "the good stuff". Yes rub it in—the "GOOD" stuff
@RaymondWong-u3m · October 13, 2026 at 5:06 am
You said Title charges were about 1%, but I read Escrow charges were 0.2% plus $600. Also pest control, home warranty natural hazard report, document fee and transfer fee. All to see it should be closer to 2-3% on top of realtors fee

When you buy, you pay closing costs, when you sell, you pay closing costs? Just be homeless and no ambition

Hey Jen I am selling a house in the future. When it comes to closing cost can I use the equity in the house to pay my realtor / property manager and any others fees (property taxes) so I don’t have use money out of pocket?
@Marcus_Alan · October 13, 2026 at 5:06 am
Could I use the equity I have in my house to pay for all the fees when I sell my house?
@rohitsen4984 · October 13, 2026 at 5:06 am
Hi Jen. I have been on the market looking to buy for more then a year. Can’t wait for the interest rate to go down because it’s so unstable. If we get a seller credit what should I do with that. Shall I use it on the closing cost or rate buy down. I also need help in closing too.
