4:02 I would be hesitant doing business with wells fargo, given all the scandals that surrounds them. So, I'm hesitant to go to them for help with refinancing my home.

Thanks to monopolies in our country, Discover merged with Capital One and is worse for it. For one, no more new home loans.

Most people need to put down 20% on house these days if its within an hour from a city and even then in most cases the monthly payment is unaffordable

I rarely comment on here but i had to say something seeing that you recommended Wells Fargo who was fined by the Consumer Protection dept for their predatory and discrimination practices. WTH nerd wallet
