I'd like to take that second one and get rid of the house, build a new small home and turn that into a vegetable and herb farm!
With about $225,000 you could make some bucks if you know what you are doing. Put up some hoop houses too and grow me some 'maters. ohhh weee

Great finds Susan! Like the price points! I like the one for 75k with the porches! The only drawback is the highway. The one with the gross bathroom is not in a very good area, lots of crime. Keep em coming!!!!!❤
