Imagine an 18-year-old who consistently pays off his credit card balance at the end of every month.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Got into debt very early on

@ryandeschanel6925 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

I hope this is sarcastic humour.

@bwabplatform · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Building credit early is the quiet head start that pays off a decade later 💙

@fleurpeffer5212 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Dont get a credit card guys! Dont spend what you dont have

@Superman_05_uh · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

I did buy a apartament at 21 full cash

@DeeperX · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Hmmm, thank you!

@DS-gt1ft · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

NONSENSE. Banks will not loan enough to you to buy a house without INCOME. Credit is only part of the game. To buy a 500K or million dollar STARTER home you will need a 6-figure income AND perfect credit score AND a downpayment.

@jonrobbins6638 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Screw your credit scores man

@Ricawz · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

@derVogel789 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

From Germany: bought a House at 28, never Had a Credit Card, never Had a Side Hustle and i never inharited anything

@jonathansell9890 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Do not get a credit card unless its essential, especially in your 20s. Very mad idea lol

@TheSideNotesStories · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

I’m 20 and made my first grand in 2 days of my little hustle

@NickMalinoskyClip-l8l · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

I hope can do in this years

@LobsterRankzz · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Thank you for the advice.Love this old man.❤

@XxBenisweirdxX · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

be careful with that advice. I know someone who was on their parents credit card/ a co-signer and they actually got a lower score. Getting a credit card is good, only if you know how to use it. Make very small payments on it to avoid interest build up and to avoid your credit score going down

@r4z0r84 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

My parents had terrible credit and no house or income, had to do it all myself and buy a house in my 30's instead with two full-time jobs to pay for rent and save for a deposit 😂

@OrabiAbdullah-w5t · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Buying houses is really a bad investment renting is better .

@codyarnold5478 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Couldn’t follow after the word parents

@SavageButSensitive · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

I did none of these I’m 26 and my fiance is 30 and we’re about to buy a house, just have to choose which one

@giornogiovana922 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

@KateHods · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Such a valuable video thank you for sharing

@tomdoesstuff1978 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Absolute nonsense. I bought a house in my 20s by simply saving money each money from my (modest) wages. My parents didn't help and I didn't have a credit card.

@Kiss-la · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

C’est exactement se que j’ai prévu de faire

@byrsonhasbread · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

nice advice❤

@IVargasO · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

At 30, I had been unemployed for 2 years and working as a delivery driver… I got a remote job, continued living with my parents and spending like an unemployed person… Aggressive saving allowed me to get my apartment.

@Tyiriel · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Step 1: Save 100$ a month
Step 2: Watch house prices increase by roughly 1000$ a month

@Tyvolving · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

Here is how you fully buy a house without debt assuming you live in the north of england first off work 80 hours a week if your making 12.70 and hour x 4160 because thats the amount of hours your working per year and you make 52000 which issnt much but if you stack that with a decent job your balling also lower expenses live at your moms or get a roomate and boom a few years later you will have a fully owned house though id reccomend getting a mortgage this is for people who are anti debt.

@Bano793 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

You forgot number 4. Be able to get a job

@shafi-gh65 · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am

or just get a good job…

@MaliqueB-e2e · October 22, 2026 at 10:43 am
