Funny how you don't explain the part that needs explanation

@AngelaCrittendon · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

You need to take this down. Your answer is wrong

@MrCharles080 · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

Literally the worst explanation ever!

@realestateandnoteinvesting4641 · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

Calculations are WRONG. What a travesty! The correct monthly payment is $1,199.10 (ALWAYS!).

@CollinTierney-b1l · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

Exponent first. 1.005^-360 =0.166. Then subtract 1 so you get a number less than 1. Then by dividing by a number less than 1, you get a larger number. $1199

@pennyfoster2759 · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

HOw on earth does 0.005 x 360 = 0 ?? (I cancelled the minus signs because minus times a minus cancels them out right?

Two questions for you, Leah:

First, is this interest rate a nominal annual interest rate, or is this interest rate an effective annual interest rate?

Second, I got $1,199.10/month when I ran the formula with the numbers you showed in the video. Can you explain how the formula yields $1,000/month?

@private7384 · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

Thatโ€™s a lot of math

@mikefeir · November 1, 2026 at 3:17 am

Can you go over how you divide by 0 at 1:30 ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ thought this would be a simple in your head trick not the actual formula that requires a calculator ๐Ÿ˜‚
