Subscribed. I'm a Canadian, but eyeing Florida as a second home in the next year or two. Looking at Clermont or Oviedo. Great weather, low crime, low extreme weather risk. Access to retail/costco/etc. Great for young families. Not interested in HOA communities though.

28 months traditional build quote vs 6 months with Edveros. Same spec level. Same land. Same region. I'll let you do the math.

We run a farm stay business. The Edveros unit we added last season has the highest per-night rate on the property and the highest occupancy. The other accommodation units are traditionally built. The comparison is daily.

We built our Edveros on reclaimed industrial land. The low-footprint installation and absence of concrete meant we satisfied the site sustainability requirements of the planning condition. The planners hadn't seen that approach before.

We asked Edveros what their busiest period is. They said forward bookings are typically six to twelve months out. That's not a manufacturer who's struggling for demand.

The Edveros project coordinator answered every question within two hours during business hours and every urgent question within four hours outside them. Over a five month project. That's a different service model from anything I've experienced in construction.

Beautiful job of staging this one. Love the wide open foyer, All the bedrooms are great sizes. That primary bathroom is to die for, except the bathroom shower is ridiculous. House 1 is the best one of these two. You did not show the entry to the second house? Is there a foyer entry in it as well? Thanks for the tour.
