U never own the house. Please explain when will U actually own the 150K house and what price U r finally paying. WHat stress/ headaches are worth $ behind managing the RE, how much taxes, HOA, maintenance? try again. TY. this is 2026. n0t 2011! Prices are dropping down. Buy Low means, do not buy in 2026. Prices already skyrocketed in the past 10 years. Next 10 years it will not increase, given the fact people don't have jobs and too many houses were being built in the past 10 year. due to greed.
