The outpouring of support in the community is so wonderful to see. I hope things have turned around for you since you posted this. I just checked on that Herndon, WV property, and it has dropped by $20k! It is down to $39,900. That is wild.

It's hard to be upbeat when you are hurting….please take care of yourself…and take some time off if you need to retreat into your cave for a while……I am on several real estate channels, and each one of you guys brings a different twist to the market ….love getting to vicariously visit different areas of the country and see how other folks live.

Hi Susan, sending love, good karma and probleematic busting power your way.. What a great show today. Im familiar with the two Tennessee properties. Both cabin style homes have mountain visitas, awesome hospitals and major retail not to far away, but couldn't be further in description. Whitwell (wh'HIT'-well) is close to Alabama, Georgia and I-24 (the Nashville-Chattanooga expressway) and a short distance to Chattanooga. Surrounded by lakes and rivers and its in Tennessee's hardy palm growing belt. It is a very desirable area and hard to find property to buy. I'm interested in this one. The other is in the Appalachian Mountains in Butler. Its near Mountain City, over 450 miles away from Memphis. All four of these listings today are really interesting and worthy of a look. Unbelievable properties. We appreciate you Susan. Thanks.

I have been to Tennessee 3 times and it is beautiful, all good finds and I highly recommend the National Storytelling Festival held in Jonesborugh every year in the beginning of Nov 😊

You're so amazing Susan! I love the way you say roof. These houses are great finds. People will need to Love snow and have a 4 wheel drive. It's so much fun. I used to live in the Mtns and on back roads. The privacy! Be prepared though.
